Before we can offer you advice we need a completed Pre-Purchase Advice Form in addition to a copy of the Contract and Section 32 vendor statement.

Cooling Off* Advice (after a contract has been signed)
*Cooling off advice is available only where sufficient time remains to allow us to receive instructions and to prepare the advice report.
